The Australian government has announced changes to the Business Growth Grant program, commenced in July this year.
The government has announced withdrawal of the following industries from the program:
· Defence
· Energy, Water and Waste Management
· Tourism Sector
· Creative Industries
· Medical Practices and Hospitals from Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals
The revised list of industries eligible for the Business Growth Grant includes:
· Advanced Manufacturing
· Food and Agribusiness
· Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals
· Mining Equipment Technology and Services
· Oil, Gas and Energy Resources
· Freight and Logistics
· Infrastructure Related Construction
· Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
· Professional Services
